To our staff
In line with our corporate social responsibility values, Trinity Wealth Management staff members are entitled to an extra week of paid annual leave if used for humanitarian / voluntary purposes.
To our clients
Our business ethics see us offer fully researched and measurable social impact investment portfolios where requested, and specialist advice in philanthropic giving.
To the wider community
Our core values as Christian financial advisors are to see lives changed. Trinity Wealth Management sponsors our charity Trinity Ministries Charitable Trust which we use to facilitate a lot of our CSR.
Our charitable giving invests into the following local community projects that help those who are grappling with hardship and debt:-
- Christians Against Poverty – St Albans branch. The perfect corporate social responsibility partner for a wealth management company. We fund a key worker one day a week.
- Youthscape, Luton. This charity works with young people to give them the best social, emotional and spiritual foundation on which to build their lives and reach their potential.
- Azalea, Luton. Works with women who want to walk free from sexual exploitation. We choose to help fund a charity working to help woman see their lives restored from abuse and drug dependency to living a healthy, independent, empowered life. We were introduced to Azalea by the founder of this small charity who lives in Harpenden.
Global poverty
We support school and home building projects in Sierra Leone and the Dominican Republic. Watch the videos of visits by Trinity Wealth Management director Jon Cobb.
Suppliers
Our corporate ethics include a policy to support local business; some 70% of our suppliers are Herts-based, which keeps supplier miles to a minimum and boosts the local economy.
Recycling
Trinity Wealth Management was the first in the Cedar Court office complex to adopt a recycling strategy for waste management, another example of corporate social responsibility.
