Trinity Wealth Management was established in 2001 by the Directors Graham Cleveland and Jon Cobb and has grown into the vibrant firm it is today with advisors in St Albans, Chorleywood and Aylesbury. Supporting the advisors is a dedicated team of paraplanners and support staff who pride themselves in delivering outstanding customer care and a professional service. Our team are accessible all year-round, not just at review times, to provide a listening ear and support whenever needed.
We have been very excited to welcome several new members of staff to join our team … who will be added here very soon!
“My particular focus is asset management, and I am responsible for the fund choice and asset allocation. I head up our Investment Committee which meets quarterly’
Jon has worked in the finance industry for more than twenty years. He shares the Trinity passion for bringing a holistic approach, coupled with the sound investment principle of diversification, to the financial planning advice his gives to his clients.
Jon is married with three grown up children. He regularly visits the Dominican Republic to assist in house building and school projects for Haitian refugees and for children living on rubbish tips. He has also visited projects in Sierra Leone, both of which have been supported by Trinity Ministries of which Jon is a Trustee. He is also very keen on sport – Angling, Running, Soccer, Cricket, Rugby, and Boxing.
‘My expertise is to offer an integrated holistic approach when reviewing my client’s finances, lifestyle, goals and dreams”.
Graham heads up the Financial Planning team and is also a co-founder of Trinity. His career experience includes working for a national independent financial adviser, as well as in financial services with two major insurance companies.
He is married with three children. A keen sportsman, he is also involved in his community and church, and is a board member for the Association of Christian Financial Advisers.
He is an accomplished speaker either alone or with his Co-Director, Jon Cobb, through their charitable trust.
‘I undertake both financial planning and asset management work for my clients and I enjoy providing a full holistic financial planning service. I live in Aylesbury, so as well as meeting clients in the St Albans and Harpenden area, I also meet clients from the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas.’
Mark provides a full fee-based service, including retirement planning, investment advice and inheritance tax planning.
Mark joined Trinity Wealth Management in April 2010, having previously worked for a variety of financial services companies since leaving university in 1989. His experience includes employment within the Lloyds Banking Group in a managerial capacity.
Martin joined Trinity Wealth Management as a Paraplanner in 2017. He has a broad understanding of the Life, Pensions and Investments business having successfully designed and developed IT systems for several companies over 25 years.
Martin is married with three children and an entertaining Weimaraner (horse-sized dog called Otto!). He enjoys supporting Chelsea FC, from when they were a poor, second division team through to their more recent wealthy, successful times, and has also volunteered on overseas missions and raised funds for a new medical centre in Africa.
‘My primary role is to provide business support to our team of Advisors as well as contributing to the general running of the office.’
Jo joined Trinity Wealth Management in 2016 but it seems like she’s been there forever as she is such an integral part of the team. Before joining our St Albans office, she had spent more than 25 years in business administration, working mainly in banking and the Civil Service.
Senior Financial Planner Adam Vanstone says of Jo ‘I love her commitment to Trinity. She is always full of great ideas and her previous experience has created improved efficiencies in the back office.’
Married with two grown-up children, Jo has a keen interest in genealogy, she keeps fit but also enjoys baking, regularly making wedding cakes for friends and family.
Beverley joined Trinity Wealth Management in 2016, bringing with her capabilities learned from a 26-year career, mainly spent at HSBC. Following her time there, Beverley did some voluntary work for St Albans Good Neighbours, helping the elderly, lonely and vulnerable.
Beverley is married with three grown-up step-children and an elderly boxer dog, Remy – named after the famous cognac, Remy Martin. She spends many hours on the M1, travelling to visit her family in Lancashire, and enjoys reading, DIY and photography in her spare time!
Mark expertly navigated us through the process of putting together a financial plan which centred around our personal goals. He gave sound advice with regard to tax, pensions, life insurance and investments which were invaluable. He also gave us advice about our wills and ensured we were planning effectively with regard to our estates. The advice has already paid for itself!
We have received an excellent service with financial planning that has been carefully tailored to our situation. TWM have been able to offer a wide range of options that are suitable for both medium and long-term investments and which provide an appropriate balance between risk and return. The annual meeting and review of objectives has ensured we have given thought to what we are hoping to achieve and respond to changing circumstances.
I find myself also attracted to the ethos of Trinity Wealth and indeed any company that looks to ‘give back’ to the community
We have been able to put both personal and business investments in order, and, in the event that they might be needed, put in place plans to make sure our two young children would be looked after financially.
The reason why we chose Trinity Wealth Management to advise us on our financial affairs was because of their holistic approach to money matters - that it should be handled prudently, carefully, independently and expertly but it was also seen in the wider light of how we live, spend and save.
We approached Trinity Wealth Management to help us plan for our financial future. Through Adam’s wise counsel and patience, helping us through the complexities of the financial planning process, plans are now in place for us to cease paid work at the end of this year. If we had one regret, it would have been that we had not found Adam sooner!
Choosing Trinity Wealth Management to plan our financial future was one of the best decisions we have ever made. From the initial consultation through to implementation, Mark's approach was to develop a personal relationship, and provide a ‘tailor made’ solution to our financial requirements.
With regard to financial matters, relationship is key to me and Gill and I quickly established with Adam a good, professional working relationship that ‘held our hands’ when that was required and allowed us to make our decisions with confidence.
